Swar Gyan (Knowledge of vocal tones)

It is a common knowledge that sometimes we breathe through our left nostril sometimes through right and sometimes through both the nostrils. Apparently it looks like an involuntary process. However, with the regular practice, we can direct the process of breathing from any nostril. This command is a huge benefit. Which nostril is to be used and when, is taught in this practice.
