Yoga Teacher Training course

Yoga Teacher Training Courses

Yoga Divine life (YDL) also conducts teaching courses for those who want to take yoga teaching as their personal and professional choice. The teaching programme has been readied by Professor Trilok Chandra himself in a very holistic way. The art of teaching and science of learning has been meticulously evolved by Professor Chandra. The course curriculum imbibes the ancient teaching and learning skills of India which are one of the finest and the most unconventional ones. In addition to Yoga, the course introduces its students to Indian Ayurveda and spiritualism. Different speakers from all over the country are invited as guest faculties to broaden the horizon of students.

The training system consists of a primary level orientation (200 hours) programme which last for about four weeks, and a ten weeks advanced level course of 500 hours. Students can stagger it over two parts of 200 hours and 300 hours as well. After undertaking these courses, the students are metamorphosed into excellent teachers.
